The highlighted project was built in 2020 in Portland, OR while working for Green Hammer Design- Build as a Site Manager/ Superintendent. The project was designed by Birdsmouth Design- Build. This build is a cluster of 11 modern, barn- and farmhouse-style residences built to high-performance Passive House standards, featuring solar arrays, advanced HEPA air filtration, energy-efficient electric appliances, and a net-zero water approach for landscape irrigation, shared green spaces, a common tool shed, community gardens, a fire pit, and EV-ready parking. The project is Earth Advantage Platinum and Earth Advantage Zero Energy ready and was featured in Fine Home Building Magazine.
